This year, Bright Night Gin took home several accolades, further cementing our place among the best in the gin world. Our Pink Gin once again dazzled the judges, taking out a gold medal for the second consecutive year. Our Wild Tasmanian Gin secured a shiny silver medal, and while our Barrel Aged Gin won bronze this year after its gold medal win last year, we’re still incredibly proud of the recognition it received. Here’s a deeper dive into what these awards mean for us and our journey forward.
Gold Again for Our Pink Gin!
Our Pink Gin continues to impress, adding another gold medal to its growing collection. This latest win marks its fourth gold medal overall, including two prestigious golds from the Australian Gin Awards. Crafted with a blend of earthy botanicals like angelica, cardamom, and cloves, and balanced with the vibrant flavors of strawberry, tropical fruits, and the unique tartness of Tasmanian murtis berries, our Pink Gin is truly a favorite among gin lovers.
We’ve always believed in the unique character and exceptional quality of our Pink Gin, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see it consistently shine on the awards stage. It’s a testament to the dedication and passion of our team, who work tirelessly to craft a gin that not only tastes fantastic but also captures the spirit of a summer sunset in every sip.
A Silver for Our Wild Tasmanian Gin
Our Wild Tasmanian Gin also made a strong showing, taking home a silver medal. This gin embodies the wild beauty of Tasmania, with its crisp, refreshing notes that reflect the pristine environment from which its botanicals are sourced. We’re delighted to see our Wild Tasmanian Gin being celebrated for its unique flavor profile and proud to have it recognized on our home turf.
Winning silver at the Australian Gin Awards is no small feat, and we’re excited to showcase this new addition to our awards collection. In fact, we’ve had to shuffle around some of our older awards to make room for this new silver on our awards strip. It’s a great problem to have, and we’re more than happy to keep adding to our growing list of accolades!
Bronze for Our Barrel Aged Gin: A Mixed Bag of Emotions
Our Barrel Aged Gin, which won gold last year, took home a bronze medal this time around. We have to admit, we’re a bit sad to see it drop from gold to bronze, but we’re still incredibly proud of this gin and the unique flavors it brings to the table. Aging in French oak Chardonnay barrels has given it a creamy, oak-tinged profile with rich notes of buttery vanillins and caramels—perfect for those who enjoy a more sophisticated and complex gin experience.
We like to think that our Barrel Aged Gin has been on a bit of a spa treatment in those oak barrels, getting richer and more refined with each passing day. And while we only have a limited number of 700ml bottles left, we’re confident that this spa treatment is still working wonders! Plus, we have a new batch of Barrel Aged Gin coming soon and another exciting release on the horizon. So, stay tuned for more updates!
What’s Next for Bright Night Gin?
As we celebrate these new wins, we’re also looking ahead to what’s next for Bright Night Gin. We’re thrilled to announce that we have a new batch of Barrel Aged Gin on the way, aged even longer to enhance its rich, complex flavors. Additionally, another exciting barrel-aged release is on the horizon, promising to bring a whole new dimension to our gin lineup.
