Signature “Romance” Gin cocktail
Ingredients
- 60ml Bright Night Pink Gin
- 5 Fresh pitted Tasmanian cherries
- Dash (8ml) Orange Bitters
Instructions
- Add 4-5 fresh Tasmanian cherries to a shaker and muddle them thoroughly.
- Add some ice cubes to the shaker.
- Pour in 60ml of Bright Night Pink Gin.
- Add a dash of orange bitters (Campari or vermouth can be used as an alternative).
- Let it sit for a few minutes to allow some of the ice to melt slightly.
- Give it a good shake.
- Double strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel or fresh cherries.
