Our flagship Wild Tasmanian Gin is a celebration of Tasmania’s raw, untouched wilderness. Crafted with 14 botanicals, including mountain pepper berries, kunzea, and lemon myrtle, it delivers a complex and earthy flavour profile that evolves beautifully in the glass. You’ll notice a bold backbone of juniper, layered with herbal and citrus notes, finishing with a gentle spice that lingers on the palate. Bright Night Pink Gin
One of Australia’s best Pink Gins: Bright, playful, and a little bit cheeky, our Pink Gin is like a Tasmanian sunset in a glass. Infused with wild Murtis berries—a rare native fruit from the North West Coast—it bursts with juicy, sherbety flavours and a gentle sweetness that doesn’t overpower. Beneath the berry lies a balanced foundation of juniper and citrus, making it versatile enough for spritzes, tonics, or sipping straight over ice. Chardonnay Barrel Aged Gin
Elegant, rich, and layered with character, our Chardonnay Barrel Aged Gin starts life as our Wild Tasmanian Gin before spending time resting in French Oak barrels from Tamar Valley wineries. Over several months, the gin takes on warm notes of vanilla, toasted caramel, and a buttery smoothness that melds with its earthy core. The subtle influence of chardonnay wine adds a touch of fruit and acidity, creating a sipping experience unlike any other. This gin is made for slow moments—neat, on the rocks, or in a bold twist on a Negroni or Old Fashioned. Think of it as the velvet robe of the gin world.
