  • 50ml Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Simple syrup
  • How to make Gimlet Gin Cocktail

  • Squeeze the juice of roughly a full medium to large sized lime
  • Fill a shaker with some ice, 50ml of Bright Night Gin, lime juice and simple syrup
  • Shake until the shaker is very cold
  • Strain into a coupe glass
  • Garnish with a lime wheel / lime peel twist
