Here are the ingredients and steps to make a great Kiwi Tom Collins Gin Cocktail

Kiwi Tom Collins Gin Cocktail Ingredients

  • 50ml Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 25ml Simple syrup
  • 1 Kiwifruit
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

    • How to make Kiwi Tom Collins Gin Cocktail

  • Cut half the kiwifruit and scoop the half out
  • Muddle the kiwifruit in a highball glass
  • Squeeze the juice of roughly a full medium to large sized lemon (25 ml)
  • Add simple syrup (see tip below)
  • Add lemon juice, Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin and sugar syrup to the glass
  • Give all the ingredients a good stir
  • Add some ice to the glass
  • Top up with Soda water
  • Give it another good stir so that the kiwifruit comes to the top and then settles down
