Every batch of Bright Night Gin is distilled in New Town, Tasmania and produces about 600 bottles at 700ml. Here is the process that every bottle goes through before it lands in your hands.

Distilling

The gin is gently distilled in our 700L copper pot still in New Town, Tasmania and cut back with pure Tasmanian mountain water.

Bottling

We try to do most of our production in Tasmania to keep our energy consumption low and be more sustainable. The bottling and labeling is also done in Hobart, Tasmania.

Delivery

All our packaging is recyclable (except for the tamper proof seals). We try to make sure that we are leaving the house better than when we started.
