Our Wild Tasmanian Gin is distilled with carefully selected 14 botanicals, including local Tasmanian, Australian and Imported botanicals. It makes a delicious Gin and Tonic, martini and other gin cocktails.
Bright Night Pink Gin
Our award-winning pink gin looks like a summer sunset and tastes like a strawberry sherbet.
Our pink gin is made with murtis berries hand picked from Penguin, Tasmania and has won 3 gold medals in its first year in San Francisco, China and Australia. Delicious in a tonic, spritz or as a sipping gin
Paired Cuvee chocolate
We pair the gin with a ultra-premium Melbourne chocolate, the cuvee chocolate. For this pack we recommend the Soleo.
Soleo begins with carefully selected cocoa from the Solomon Islands, roasted and conched meticulously under the watchful eyes of cuvee’s chocolate makers. The 168hrs of conching takes this chocolate to an unparalleled level of smoothness with hints of brioche, cinnamon and lightly toasted oak making it appear somewhat Christmassy.
