Does Bright Night Gin contain nuts?

Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin and Bright Night Pink Gin have nuts (macadamia nuts). However, the distillation process removes any allergens from our distilled gin. We still recommend checking with your GP before trying our gins if you are allergic.

Is Bright Night Gin vegan?

Both our gins, Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin and Pink Gins, are vegan.

Is gin gluten-free?

Our gins are gluten-free. Both our Wild Tasmanian Gin and our Pink Gin do not contain any gluten to start with and gluten doesn’t make it to the gin during the distillation process.

What is unfiltered gin?

Unfiltered Gin keeps more of the essential flavouring oils. The generous weight of botanicals used in this gin creates a high concentration of flavouring volatile oils. As a result, Bright Night Unfiltered Gin may cloud when mixed over ice.

What are your gin’s ingredients?

Our gins include the essential juniper berries. Botanicals used are coriander seeds, Tasmanian mountain pepper berries, kunzea, macadamia nut, lemon myrtle, citrus peel, elderberries, green cardamom pods, cassia bark, angelia, orris root, sarsaparilla root, and clove. What do your gins taste like?

Our Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin is dusty and intense. It fuses native, earthy Tasmanian flavour notes with bright citrus and bursts of peppery spice. Our Bright Night Pink Gin is a sweeter, fruitier summer version. It contains red murtis berry for its distinctive colour.

How strong are your gins?

Both our Wild Tasmanian and Pink gins contain 45% alcohol. We have opted to keep a higher concentration of gin to make sure that that flavours don’t dilute when you are enjoying your Gin & Tonic or a gin cocktail.

What is the best way to enjoy your gins?

We recommend enjoying our gins cloudy on ice or mixed in as part of your favourite cocktails. We recommend a classic Gin & Tonic for our Wild Tasmanian gin and a pink spritz for our pink gin. Do your gins expire?

As long as you keep your cap on our gins should last for years in your shelf. Please note that over time the freshness and fragrance of our gins might go away a bit.

How should I store your gins?

Keep all gins upright, sealed with the cap, and away from any direct source of heat.

Gin Ordering, Delivery and Sale

Can I place an order anytime?

Absolutely! Just place your order through our website and you’re all set. Do note that our stocks are according to what is indicated on our site only.

Can I order lots of bottles? What should I do?

Yes you can pick your quantity when ordering through our online store or through any of our stockists.

Can I order in advance for limited stock items?

Yes, we do offer advance ordering for our limited stock gin. Please subscribe to be our VIP to get emails with these offers.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

No, there is no minimum order quantity or value for orders. However for any orders under $150 we charge a flat rate fee of $10.

Where can I find your gins?

You can purchase our gins through our website or through any of our stockists. Please find one nearest to you on our stockists page.

How much is the shipping fee?

A standard shipping fee of $10 per order is applied. Shipping is free if your order is over $150!

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are interested in international shipping, please send us a message through our contact us page.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes! Be sure to indicate this upon checkout.

Can I still change the delivery address?

Yes, you can. Please note that our handling times are very tight (usually within 24 hours) so be sure to send in your request before your order has been dispatched.

Do you have any “promo” offers?

Of course! Please subscribe as a VIP to get notified of these offers.

What is your courier?

We deliver your gins mostly through Aramex/Fastway and sometimes through Australia Post.

Can I pick up my order?

Bright Night Gin currently only ships out orders. However you can pop into any of our stockists around Australia and grab a bottle from there.

Can I choose a different courier?

No, a different courier may not be chosen. Due to the handling required by our products, we have selected the couriers that can best handle your packages.

When will my order arrive?

Upon the confirmation of your order, it will take 1-2 days for it to be dispatched. A tracking number will be sent to you to track your parcel. Be patient — orders may arrive within the estimated delivery time or more, since there may be certain restrictions! Depending on where you are and because of covid, delivery times are very variable right now.

Can my order be received by someone else?

Yes! Be sure to indicate this upon checkout.

How is my order packaged?

The gin bottles are put in a paper hexwrap and then in a cardboard box. They are put in a biodegradable bag and shipped out.

Can I customize the packaging?

You certainly can! A gift message may be included upon checkout.

What are your payment methods?

Our website currently accepts credit and debit cards, as well as cryptocurrency payments.

Can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear that. If your item is incorrect or broken, we are more than happy to give you a refund. Just make sure to send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your item and include all details as to why you want a refund.

How long is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy if items are incorrect or broken. Packaging must be kept intact, and the cost of return shall be shouldered by the buyer. Rest assured that we will be replacing your items within 7 days as well!

Can I still cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it gets dispatched. However our handing process is fairly quick (within 1 business day) so please let us know before it gets dispatched.
