Terms and Conditions
Competition will close on midnight Monday 18th of July 2023.
- Eligibility:
1.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are Australian residents.
1.2. Employees of the company organizing the competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. - How to Enter:
2.1. Participants must have a valid Instagram or TikTok account and follow @brightnightgin on either platform.
2.2. To enter the competition, participants must like the designated competition post on Instagram or TikTok.
2.3. Participants must share the competition post by tagging a friend in the comments.
2.4. Participants must also fill out the competition form on the organizer’s website, providing the necessary details as requested.
2.5 The tagged friend also needs to follow @brightnightgin to be eligible for the second award - Random Winner Selection:
3.1. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
3.2. The selection process will be conducted using a random number generator or a similar method deemed fair and impartial by the organizer.
3.3. The winner will be announced on the organizer’s Instagram and/or TikTok page within a reasonable time after the competition end date.
2.5. - Prize:
4.1. The prize for the competition will be clearly stated in the competition post or announcement.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
4.3. The organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary. - Winner Notification:
5.1. The winner will be notified via email on the 20th of July 2023 or shortly thereafter.
5.2. The winner must respond to the notification within a specified time period (e.g., 48 hours) and provide any necessary information or documentation as requested by the organizer.
5.3. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time period or does not meet the eligibility criteria, an alternative winner may be selected. - Publicity:
6.1. By participating in the competition, the winner agrees to allow the organizer to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without any additional compensation. - Privacy:
7.1. Email addresses collected during the competition will be added to our subscriber list will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the organizer’s privacy policy. - General Conditions:
8.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and for any reason.
8.2. The organizer’s decision regarding all aspects of the competition, including the selection of the winner, is final and binding.

8.4. By participating in the competition, participants release Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability arising from or related to the competition. - Governing Law:
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
