Tasting Notes
Warm, earthy base notes of angelica, cardamon and cloves balance smoothly with the taste of summer: strawberry, pineapple, and something zingy like a fruit tingle. This gin’s sprightly melody and rich colour are carried by its hero botanical, the tiny red murtis berry. Hand-picked on Tassie’s north-west coast, and steeped in our classic BNG, the result is lush and fruity. It looks like a summer sunset, and it tastes like strawberry sherbet.

I tried this Pink Gin at the Distillers Festival and loved it! The flavor is so unique and tasty, with a sweet and fruity taste that’s perfect for a summer evening. The smell is amazing too! I’ve been drinking it with the Finger lime soda and it’s become my new favorite drink. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you like gin!
