  • 5 Fresh cherries
  • 45ml Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin
  • 100ml Low sugar tonic water
  • Mint
  • How to make Cherry Gin and Tonic Gin Cocktail

  • Add about 4 fresh cherries in a shaker
  • Add Bright Night Wild Tasmanian Gin
  • Muddle the cherries with the gin
  • Single strain the cherry infused gin in a glass with ice
  • Top up with tonic water
  • Garnish with some herbs and a cherry on top
