  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 25ml Simple Syrup
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes

  • Squeeze the juice of roughly a full medium to large sized lemon (25 ml)
  • Fill a shaker with some ice, 50ml of Bright Night Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup
  • Shake until the shaker is very cold

  • Garnish with a lemon wheel/lemon wedge
