Here are the ingredients and steps to make a great Signature “Romance” Gin Cocktail

Signature “Romance” Gin Cocktail Ingredients

60ml Bright Night Pink Gin

5 Fresh pitted Tasmanian cherries

dash (8ml) Orange Bitters

How to make Signature “Romance” Gin Cocktail

Add 4-5 fresh Tasmanian cherries to a shaker and muddle them thoroughly

Add some ice cubes to the shaker

Add 60ml Bright Night Pink Gin to the shaker

Add a dash of orange bitters ( you can also use campari or vermouth as alternative)

Let it sit for a few minutes to let some of the ice melt

Give it a good shake

Double strain to a martini glass

Garnish with a lemon peel, or some fresh cherries
